Who We Are

Quite Eventful is an event production and design company based out of Miami, Florida. The concept of Quite Eventful started when Rebecca and Claudia realized they had a unique opportunity to do two things: turn their life-long dream of starting an event planning company into a reality, and better yet, make that step with someone who shared that dream.

From a young age, Rebecca and Claudia viewed entertainment as a favorite past-time. Their love for planning and entertaining lead them to the University of Florida, where they each earned Bachelor of Science degrees, specializing in Event Management. This duo has been sought after by friends and family for organizing any event ranging from birthdays to company holiday parties to anniversaries and weddings.

Both agree there is nothing more gratifying than watching guests enjoy what they both have helped to create.  The thrill of orchestrating the transition of ideas and wishes into a one-of-a-kind experience drives this team's passion for designing unique events for every client.

As a team, Rebecca and Claudia have organized several corporate events as well as many educational forums and fundraising events. Their past individual experiences make them a unique resource for intricate event plans.



Rebecca's event planning career includes working with Mena Catering in Miami as an assistant event coordinator. She has also worked with the Harn Museum of Art at the University of Florida and Shawn Rabideau Events in New York City.

Claudia has gained her expertise working with the National Defense Industrial Association as a conference and meeting planner. Her resume also includes experience with the University of Florida Alumni Association and the Harn Museum of Art.
